Durga Homam at Pune

The event of Durga havan conducted on 13th and 14th June in Pune at Ashtbhuja Devi mandir in the city. The event started at 8 am on both days till 6 in the evening.
Around 27 priests started the proceedings for Shatchandi yaga which included chanting of 700 sholakas around 100 times on the day of 13th. After that Veda group from Pune Durga suktm 108 times, parallely with the KUMKUM- ARCHANA performed at the venue.

On the 2nd day Veda group chanted the Saptshiti mantras. 70 couples were part of the havan. The proceedings on 2nd day ended with bhajan and then the Poornahuti. Around 500 or more people attended this function in two days from all the samithis across Pune.

All those who attended were extremely satisfied and blessed by the grace of God and also felt the presence of Bhagawan at the event. Some could also feel Bhagawan’s presence in the smoke emerging out of the fire.
